Unlock Your Full Potential
DST combines elite training, match analysis, and recruiting guidance to help your child reach their goals
Training,
tailored to your player
Whether your child needs one training session to get re-focused, or a full development program to help them reach their goals. DST is here.
-
Players receive focused 60-minute sessions (1–4 athletes) that build technical skills, agility, and confidence on the ball. Every session is tailored to the player’s needs, with progressions designed for growth at any level.
-
Multi-session packages (4–10 sessions) provide consistent, structured training for deeper development over time. Families save compared to single sessions while ensuring long-term progress.
-
DST Group Training sessions bring the energy of teammates and peers into a structured, high-level environment. Players can train with their friends and teammates. With a maximum coach-to-player ratio of 1:4, each player receives focused instruction while benefiting from the competition and teamwork of a group setting. Sessions blend technical skill work, agility drills, and small-sided games that replicate real match situations — making training both challenging and fun.
-
We attend your child’s game and provide a detailed breakdown of their technical, tactical, and physical performance. A follow-up consultation gives clear next steps for improvement.
-
Led by former Division I head coach Hylton Dayes, this program guides families through the recruiting process with expert advice and honest assessments. Players gain clarity, strategy, and confidence in reaching the next level.
-
Our most comprehensive offering, the Total Development Program gives players a complete pathway for growth.
